John Koehler |

John Koehler is President, Chief Executive
Officer and a member of VITAL Network Services' Board
of Directors. Prior to joining VITAL in January 2002,
John led Paradyne Network's DSL product development
and worldwide service teams as Senior Vice President
and General Manager - DSL Product and Worldwide Service.
From 1993 until 1999, Koehler served as President,
Chief Executive Officer and Director for TechForce
Corporation, a publicly-traded data networking service
company. During his tenure at TechForce, John grew
the company's customer base from two primary customers
to over 1000, producing an increase in revenues from
$9 million in 1993 to annual revenues of over $90 million
in 1999.
During his 35 years in the networking industry,
John Koehler has also served in various management
and executive management positions with BT Syncordia,
Paradyne Corporation, and IBM Corporation.
John received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business
Administration from the University of Missouri and
has attended the IBM Program for Executives at Colgate
University, IBM Systems Research Institute in New
York City, the Financial Management Program at The
Wharton School, the Harvard/MIT Executive Negotiations
Program, and the Crosby Quality College. |

Jerrel Kee |

| |
Jerrel Kee is Chief Financial Officer
for VITAL Network Services. As CFO, Jerrel is responsible
for all accounting, financial and treasury functions
throughout the company. Jerrel brings over 20 years
of corporate financial planning and management experience
in the high-tech industry with an extensive background
in accounting, private financing, IPO management, and
public company operations.
Prior to joining VITAL, Jerrel served as Senior Vice
President and CFO of TechForce Corporation, where he
successfully managed the IPO process. Earlier in his
career, Jerrel served in various capacities at British
Telecom's Syncordia including Director of Finance,
Vice President of Finance and CFO and as the Director
of Finance for BT North America.
Jerrel is a graduate of Pittsburg State University
in Kansas where he received a Bachelor of Science degree
in Business Administration and Accounting. Additionally,
he is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of
the AICPA. |

Tim Anderson |
| Senior VP of Sales & Marketing |

Tim Anderson is the Senior Vice President
of Sales and Marketing for VITAL Network Services
responsible for directing the company’s sales
and marketing efforts, building and maintaining solid
relationships with our customers, and growing VITAL’s
revenue and margins by effectively expanding our
customer base to include new markets and opportunities.
Tim brings to VITAL over 20 years of experience
in the data communications and telecommunications
service industry.Over the course of his career, Tim
has gained extensive customer service and operations
experience in an international business environment.
Prior to joining VITAL, Tim served as the Head of
Equant's Global Support Centers for the Americas.
Before taking this position, Tim was the Vice President
of Network Services for TechForce Corporation, where
he managed their network integration business. Prior
to TechForce, Tim held a number of executive management
roles managing UB Networks' global service business
and handling large outsourcing contracts for both
Syncordia Corporation and British Telecom. |

Keith Archibald |
| VP of Network and Professional Services |
|
| |
Keith Archibald is the Vice President of Network & Professional Services for VITAL Network Services. In this position, Keith is responsible for managing all aspects of VITAL’s Network Operations Center (NOC) and Professional Services organization. Additionally, Keith plays an instrumental role in the development of new technology and service initiatives to ensure consistent delivery of world class service and support that meets the ever changing needs of our clients.
Keith possesses over 17 years of experience with telecommunications, data communications, and wireless technologies. Prior to joining VITAL, Keith held a number of management positions within T-Mobile, including Director, Engineering Systems; Director, Engineering and Operations for T-Mobile Hotspot; and Director, Technical Operations for T-Mobile Hotspot. While serving in his most recent position as Director, Engineering Systems, Keith led the National Engineering Operations Platform Support and Data Center Operations teams for T-Mobile USA’s wireless data services, which supports over 26 million mobile subscribers. Earlier in his career, Keith served as the Director of Operations for MobileStar Networks, where he created the first nationwide network operations organization tasked to support Wi-Fi in public retail, hospitality, and transportation venues. Prior to his employment at MobileStar, Keith held a number of managerial and supervisory IT positions with Paging Network, Inc.
Keith attended Northeast Louisiana University, where he studied business administration. Additionally, Keith is a distinguished veteran of the United States Air Force, where he served in the Strategic Air Command and the Air Force Special Operations Command. |

Steve Triplett |
| VP of Field Operations |

Steve Triplett
is the Vice President of Field Operations for VITAL
Network Services. In
this position, Steve is responsible for the management
of VITAL’s field service organization including
VITAL’s field engineers, dedicated onsite engineers
and a network of Authorized Service Providers. Additionally,
he responsible for VITAL’s Repair and Manufacturing
Center located in Irvine, CA.
Over the course of his 30-year
career, Steve has gained extensive experience in
global customer/technical support and technical
development. Previously,
Steve held a variety of executive management positions
with Avaya including VP of Technology, VP of Managed
Services, VP, Avaya University, and VP of Technical
Services. As Avaya’s VP of Managed Services,
Steve was responsible for the leadership of a $2
billion service P&L with 6,000 associates throughout
the world. As Avaya’s VP of Technical
Services, Steve led and managed seven global customer/technical
support and network operation centers. While
under his leadership, Avaya saw field technician
productivity improve, remote technical resolution
increase and customer service levels climb. Earlier
in his career, Steve held executive management positions
at top telecommunications service-related corporations
including Octel, Concert/British Telecom, AT&T
Paradyne, and IBM.
Steve holds a Bachelor of Science
degree in Marketing and Management from Southwest
Missouri State University. Additionally,
he has completed the Columbia University Executive
Management Program. |
